Hello, thanks for visiting my personal site. I am a former public school teacher and administrator. I currently
teach at a unversity in texas where my duties include development of web-based course as well as teaching Educational Leadership
courses. My hobbies are golf and when time permits water sports.
I grew up on a dairy farm in North Texas until the age of 10. My dad then sold the dairy farm and we moved all over southern
Texas with his construction work. I attended 17 different schools from the 4th through the 12th grade. I was the first in
my family to graduate from high school and started college at the age of 26. My first marriage was at the young age of 17
which ended at the age of 28 after 11 years. During the time from graduation to college, I worked in numerous careers trying
to find my niche. I tried construction work, the livestock feed business, newspaper (various positions), welding, farm equipment
and finally teaching. At the age of 28, I finally found what God wanted me to do...teach kids....what a rewarding career it
has been thus far. I owe my life to Mr. Arthur Williams, my high school agriculture teacher for providing me the one expereince
that changed everything.
